we spent the last weekend in coastal karnataka... a 3 day karate gashuku. it was murder, mostly. for instance, we spent one 3 hour session doing the same kata, over and over, and over again, till we dropped. i haven't put up any of the karate pictures... yet. i'll probably get to converting the bunch to jpeg soon.

i'd really appreciate your suggestions. i've another long trip coming this weekend.

you wouldn't believe how flattered i feel. tee hee! :D i can pass on higher rez versions, if you'd like.

the heat was pretty bad, but Sensei said that it was part of the deal. things started at 7 in the morning... with the meditation, etc. The actual karate was later in the day, when things got hot.

i'm doing this again in January. can't wait. :] And this weekend, i'm heading to the hills... it's a team outing thingie... when it rains, it pours, eh? ;]
