Oh life just got all complicated. Id got up meaning to go to yoga but I also had to take my medication and I can't eat or drink or anything for 30 minutes after that and nor can I lie down. I came on computer while waiting to be able to get a bath and drink something and the time went without me noticing and now its too late to get ready for yoga
