It's good. The ending feels a bit unfinished though, but perhaps you meant to leave it that way? I wonder how her people would react...

The ending of this story was a little sad, and while I did wish for a slightly happier ending, Italy telling Germany that he loves her as a friend was kind of sweet, and it's good that Germany will no longer be living her life disguised as a man.
