I hear ya about the whole weight loss crap. Its like an evil cycle, people eat like there's no tomorrow during Christmas and then their New Year's resolution is.... surprise surprise to loose wieght! How about we all just eat when we're hungry. That solves everything.

haha.. hey sweetie.. well what would be the humor in that if people didnt gorge themselves on the holidays and then after new years frantically stress to try and lose what they gained during the holidays.. how ironic is that?? its a vicious cycle that happens EVERY year.. wierd..
