~ First upload the Mood Theme on Uploadsites [For Example Photobucket]
+ Go to here:
http://www.livejournal.com/manage/moodthemes.bml
~ Create a new Mood Theme / Name the Mood Theme
~ Click attend
~ You find this Site for you:
http://www.livejournal.com/manage/moodthemes.bml
~ click all green sights away
~ You must post the Directimagelink in the large Part of all Moods
length: 100 / height: 60
~ Post these Sizes on the Page too under the Directlinkimagepart.
~ When you're done click on change record [at the End of the Site]
