The sentiment is lovely, but I worry for those who die or disappear, only to return months later without their memories. It would add another aspect of disorientation- Not only have they arrived in Edensphere without memories, but there also may be something akin to a grave here.
Simply another think to take into account. I do, however, like the idea of.. something, anything to keep track of who has been here.
Dunno, I think they'd find out about it from the people who knew 'em before they found the memorial. Besides, the ones who come back usually come back in a week or so. Maybe only put people on who haven't come back for a long time.

I don't think that happened, but I know West was the one who suggested it. I still think it's a good idea.
