Exactly - in countries where there is access to education and employment (this especially goes for women), people tend to marry later, have fewer children, and have better quality of life overall. Education is key - outright restriction will only criminalize people needlessly and cause social unrest. People are always quick to judge what others should or shouldn't do - but if someone tried to impose such restrictions on them, they'd be quick to put up a fuss!
Very true! In developed countries like the US, people have less children anyways. It is less developed countries, like those in Africa, where people have more children. And considering the civil wars going on in some of those countries, would it really be possible to enforce such a law? I don't think so.
