It's hot. Like really hot.

So, Melbourne is going to be 40 degrees (Celsius) tomorrow. That's about 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Today was 38 or so and it didn't actually feel that bad...except after coming out of air-conditioned buildings. Air-conditioning is my best friend ( Read more... )

Yes, sunscreen. I always keep some with me.

I'm thinking we'll check out Southgate, Crown, the Mall, Melbourne Central, walk up to Parliament House/Windsor Hotel, check out the Botanic Gardens... maybe go over to Williamstown. There's a nice cafe on the beach. I think there'll be a need for you to try a lemon lime and bitters... we can cool our feet off in the water, too! Just watch out for stingrays!
