Criminal Minds Main List Chapter 1/3 “No.”
“Please.”
“No.”
“Pretty Boy-”
“No.”
“Come on! You liked it in Las Vegas!”
“That’s different.” Reid stated and shoved his bag to the locker. “In Vegas we had the steam room booked only for us. We’re not doing anything like that here when people can walk in anytime.”
“Nothing?”
“Nothing.”
“Can I grope you?”
“No.”
“Can I talk dirty to you?”
“When we’re both wearing a towel? No.”
“Can you sit in my lap?”
“No.”
“Can I kiss you?”
“Depends on the thickness of the steam. Are you going to go straight to the steam room?”
“I don’t know. What’s the point when everything fun is forbidden…..”
“Do what you want. I’ll go take a dip in the pool first.”
“And I’ll see you in the steam room?” Morgan asked hopefully. “I’ll be a good boy. Promise.”
“I’ll see you in ten minutes.” Reid grinned and headed to the pool area.
---------------------------------------------------
When Reid returned to the shower area he almost missed the familiar face walking past him. He snapped out of his thoughts when the man tapped his shoulder.
“Spencer?”
“Cain?”
“What are you doing here?”
“Morgan thought it would be a nice idea to get away for the weekend. Are you here with Sean?”
“Yeah, we were here a month ago and it was a lot of fun.” The wide grin made it obvious he wasn’t talking about the mud baths. “We even recommended this place to Chad.”
“Let me guess…. Glossy brochure, a picture of wet people in Speedos in the cover?”
“Yeah.”
“Hotch forgot it in the break room and Morgan found it.” Reid was about to continue when they heard a loud scream from the steam room. Cain marched in with Reid in tow.
The scene inside was not exactly what they had expected. In the middle of the steam room a man was laying on the tile floor, holding his nose. Morgan stared at him with his mouth hanging open.
“Morgan?” Reid recognised the man on the floor. “Sean?”
“What the hell happened here?” Cain helped Sean up took a look at his bloody nose. “Did he hit you?”
“Elbowed me, actually….” Sean mumbled. "He had his back to me! I thought he was you.”
“So what did you do?”
“He groped my ass.” Morgan exclaimed. “I just pulled my arm back to knock him away, it was a normal reaction!”
“Show it to me.” Reid touched the bloody nose carefully. “I don’t think it’s broken.”
“Well it hurts like hell!”
“You shouldn’t go around groping people!” Morgan claimed. “I got a great ass, but that’s no excuse.”
“I thought it was him!” Sean gestured to Cain. “When is it gonna stop bleeding?”
“Hold these against it.” Reid gave him some paper towels and turned to give Morgan a disapproving glance. “And there was no reason to hit him.”
“Okay, I’m sorry.” Morgan groaned. “Hit me and we’ll be even.”
“Can I delegate the job?”
“What do you mean?”
“I’m here with my nose in my hand, I demand a substitute. Cain?”
“I’ll handle it.” Cain pulled his arm back and slammed his fist against Morgan’s face. The man staggered back and fell to the floor.
“Morgan?” Reid helped him up. “Are you okay?”
“Yeah.” Morgan’s nose was now equally bloody. He eyed Sean, who grinned behind his wad of paper towels. “Even?”
“Yep.”
“And Christensen?”
“Yeah?”
“You pack hell of a punch.”
“Family trait.” Cain shrugged. “I heard Chad beat you up so good you couldn’t sit normally for few days.”
“That wasn’t a fistfight, that was kickboxing.”
“Call it what you want….”
“We were just sparring.”
“That’s his regular explanation every time he doesn’t win something.” Reid chuckled. “Just sparring.”
