I like this, and a Rhys/Ianto friendship is unusual (glad it's just a friendship though *g*). One thing, I'd not try to phoneticise (is there such a word?) Rhys' accent, just write it normally. If you get his speech patterns and choice of phrase right we will hear his voice okay. Trying to reproduce his accent just makes him sound pissed (drunk) or stupid, and is hard to read. Please continue, I'd like to read more. :-)

I've wanted to read a Rhys/Ianto friendship and realized it didn't exist (or has alluded me) so I decided to make it.

And yes, I was a bit iffy on the phonetics. I'll avoid it next time.
