Wait... I'm the ONLY one who could do without cheese?

It wouldn't be practical - I live in Wisconsin for cryin' out loud! I think there is cheese in the water (I'm not even kidding... they use reclaimed cheese brines to melt ice on the roads... some of that likely gets into the water supply).

But I could take or leave cheese. I *need* my chocolate :-)
