Temari, sometimes it amazes me how...informed you are. When I was your age, I was too busy worrying about my anatomy homework and recovering from frat parties to know anything about the political system.

Well, music ties very strongly with politics so my interest can be considered as an extension of my homework, and I hate frat parties. Passionately. Which leaves me with a lot of time to read and watch the news. I don't think I apply any more energy into my life than you probably did in your early twenties, I just apply it differently.

I use that expression all the time. I think that age should be a very welcome addition to anyone's life, if only because it means you've been able to get more done.
