Let's say you're paying $10 to have a community education course about stress management on a Monday night in April one week from now.

Poll Stress!!!

I'm doing my one-of-a-kind planning wherein I let random strangers on the internet guide me. It's been effective for 5 years. Why stop now?

I think my answer will be too long to fit in the poll box so I will leave a comment!

Whenever I read or hear about stress management, it's usually geared toward making time for yourself, or how to de-stress (relaxation techniques, yoga, etc). Personally, I want to know how to manage my time and priorities so that the cause(s) of the stress are gone, not just a band-aid fix to the symptoms of stress!

Then again, that's a lot to ask for, for only $10...ha!

Yeah, I'm trying really hard to stay away from the "if we were all monks, this is how it would feel" approach to stress management. I'm not minimizing it -- finding the peace is important. I'm thinking more about how to change how you THINK about and proactively BEHAVE toward the stress you have. Does that sound better?
