I'm usually a Dan/Casey girl, but I also have a soft spot for Dan/Natalie, especially when done with subtle touches like this.

I especially liked "the almost imperceptible edge to his voice" - - I always preferred his quiet support to Jeremy's hysterics in that ep - - and also "Casey knew."

Dan in that episode just makes me melt every time, and the "Casey knew" part is one of my favorite parts of the story, so I'm glad you liked it. ^^
