Hee, thank you! Yvonne is, bizarrely, one of my favorite Whoverse characters. I wish more people would write things about her. Or Harriet. Either one.

Loved that - Harriet and Yvonne - not a combination I'd thought of but as Harriet must have been PM when Yvonne was in charge of TW1 - great idea!

Thank you! I've been playing with this idea for a long time. And given that at some point in series one of Torchwood, Jack has the ability to just call up the Prime Minister, obviously the head of Torchwood has access to the PM... and HJ had to have found out about Torchwood somehow before The Christmas Invasion...

That's the Harriet I love -- apparently guileless, but oh so clever. And your Yvonne feels just right, unlike the Disney villainess that some writers want to make of her.

Thank you very much! Harriet and Yvonne are two of my favorite characters from the entire show, and neither of them quite get their due in fandom, sadly.
