Holy fuck this is getting tiresome.

So I get home last night about 2:20 am and hear a hissing noise from the basement and smell natural gas. I go down to see what the hell is up and discover that at the bottom of the stairs is an inch of water. I hear more running from the laundry room and discover that the hot water hose to the washer has broken and is shooting fountains of water
