I remember when I first heard the title I thought it was some kind of kids' movie. Then I read that it had to get re-edited just to squeeze it down to an R rating.

Yea, this is one of those movies that I think has a lot more heart and intelligence than people remember it for; mainly because it also has a LOT of blood.
