[For whatever reason, Decus decided to do some cleaning. He had heard that cleaning with this fancy duster would make a room so clean that the girl of your dreams would love you. Sadly, he didn't know about the disclaimer which stated "girls will most likely not really fall in love with you." So he could be found or not found up in the vents of his room.

Cleaning the vent ... overkill? Yes. But this is Decus. His voice comes from the ceiling.]
