Howard is home

After an overnight hospital stay and lots of antibiotics, Howard was doing well enough that they sent him home this afternoon. He'll receive IV antibiotics at home for 3 days and then probably a followup. Still waiting for the culture to come back to tell us exactly what was growing in there. Thanks for your thoughts.

MRSA. He has goddam MRSA. How the hell they got it we don't know but that's what he has, a damn persistant nasty staph infection.
