This afternoon a bombing took place in central Oslo. 7 confirmed dead so far.

At the same time, a shooting took place at a youth convention for the ruling social-democratic party at Utøya island just west of Oslo. 10 confirmed dead. 80. 80 confirmed dead. Youth convention. I can't even.... There are no words for this.

Seems it was the work of a native Norweigian right wing extremist who wanted to open people's eyes about how politics need to be more islamophobic. Yeah, great tactic there, dude. "Twisted" isn't strong enough, neither is "absolutely dumbfoundingly idiotic".
