Thanks! My favorites were "Tour Eiffel" (the mimes), "Faubourg Saint-Denis" (the one with Natalie Portman), "Quartier des Enfants Rouges" (the one with Maggie Gyllenhaal), "Quartier de la Madeleine" (the vampire one with Elijah Wood) and "14ème Arrondissement" (the last one).
Well, even just coming away liking one or two segments is good enough, I think! The segment with Natalie Portman was definitly the best, in my opinion. It was probably the most relatable out of any of them.
Natalie Portman's was the best. There were a few other good ones... Like the print shop language barrier one. But some were so bad/unsettling. Like the mime one. Eeep!
Ugh yes. I disliked the mime one too. The other one that was really good was the one with Juliette Binoche. Heartbreaking. Generally, the stories were good. It's just that I don't know, too many short stories in a single film. I wish they expounded on each story a bit more and cut down the quantity.
