Finding a way isn't hard, assuming you know the right places on the internet to look. Finding a LEGAL way, on the other hand, might be slightly harder. That is to say, finding an importer that's offering it at a reasonable price, and a way to play DVDs of the region your import is from. Either way, it's totally possible for you to watch this if you put in the effort.

I saw this movie at my school when a friend of mine held a special midnight screening of it for the film students. It doesn't make sense, but, oh God, is it still a satisfying trip. I shouldn't have drank tequila while watching it, though. My head was reeling from all the crazy imagery by the end of it.

Suspension of disbelief and unusual story structure aside, I felt that it made a lot of sense. I mean, there were a lot of "what if" and fantasy sequences which might throw a viewer off, but if you spot those bits for what they are, it's pretty easy to comprehend. I mean, essentially this film is about life and how complex it is, but also what potential it holds, and how much of a miracle life really is if you stop and think about it.
