i've been trying to find this movie for a while now and i can't seem to get ahold of it (not even on netflix).

i'll be honest in saying that it's not a very good movie.
it's basically a cartoon.

the visuals are great and all but other than that, sorta not fun.

this is along the lines of 'week-end'. you'll hate it or love it.

it's supposed to be a cartoon. It has its flaws but I love the repetitive editing and the music. It's also interesting to see the change of how Anna Karina is filmed- the love from the camera is gone, the marriage having been well and truly over by then.

I reckon Bande a Part is the best to start with :) Absolute perfection. And the criterion copy is dazzling.
