I love films that are shot like this, that show the mundane moments of everyday life. The main character did little speaking, but you still felt for her.

After seeeing your stills (very nice!) I saw the trailer and now I can't wait to see this movie. Can you share where did you get it?

P.S.
Is it anything like Three Times? While I do enjoy slow movies, I couldn't stomach Three Times.

I have never see Three Times, sorry! But I can say that while it portrays the mediocrity of everyday life very well, it never became boring for me. You feel like you are peeking into someone else's life and you really want to see what happens next. The music is beautiful and the acting is amazing.

I'm sold! And I think it is even more remarkable because modern day Taipei is almlost an entity of its own (you have to go there if you get the chance!), so it's unreal how much it differs from the rest of the Asia. That was my favorite thing from Three Times - modern day Taipei, the same director and Shu Qi. And the trailer and her saying about how she will leave when her money is spent is awesome!

If you like watching movies which focus on appreciation of every day life and magic of little things, I am sure that you will enjoy Iwai Shunji - if you haven't already.
