[In the privacy of Kay's room, before he turned on audio, a certain MiB agent did an honest to god man-flail at his journal (straight-faced) because it is ROOSTER FUCKING COGBURN on his journal network. Now he has to get the rest of his serious on before he can actually respond.]

Well, when you get to go to the CES again, the place with the grass field? It might have changed environments. And some of the inmates that come through occasionally might do worse to a horse than steal it. But all that other stuff the Admiral ought to be able to provide.
