I think coming here has given me some reluctance to do things by myself.

I think that's because you're so very far from home to being with it's even more scary to go off and do things by yourself.

Good luck with your hiking goals!

And a questions for you, do you own all of the Harry Potter books? Or any of the movies for that matter, and do you want to? And do you have any interest in reading Twilight?

I think you are right. And I'm not sure if that means I should give myself some allowance because of it. But, at the same time, I need some solitude to keep me sane...

I do own all the Harry Potter books since you already gave me the first four! I don't really want to own the movies. The only one I really like is the third one, and it's not at a very high level anyway.

I really don't know about Twlight. On one hand, I know that you and my sister liked it, but on the other, I also know that millions of teenage girls liked it as well. I'm not sure. But maybe since I haven't tried to read it means something. They have the english versions at the bookstores here.

I think now that you actually know what is going on in your head you'll be more aware of it and it will sort itself out on it's own. Don't try and force anything you're not comfortable with though!

I knew you had the first four but I wasn't sure if you had the last three. I'm glad you do though, that makes me happy. As for the movies, they're not the most masterful things ever, you're right about that. :P

Are you saying I'm just like all the teeny-boppers out there? --- Did I say I liked Twilight? Cause what I meant to say is that it's the worst book ever and all copies should be burned!!! --- No, it was alright. You should try and read it sometime. Sit down and really read it for, say, 15/20 minutes and if you're not interested then don't bother picking it up again.

heyyy
Im glad you had a good start with your classes! And what you did for your break sounds awesome. Kudos on the hiking decision! Going around town alone is lonely sometimes but it's the only way to prevent yourself from becoming a shut in. When you are out alone, you can meet people and then go around town with those people and not be alone anymore. So, sometimes you got to be alone to find people. Isn't that weird?
Anyway, still job hunting and GRE studying. Miss you!

Hmmmm, I'm still trying to figure out what you are saying...

I am happy I went hiking on Sunday. I just wish I had spent more of my break doing fun things like that. But in all honesty, most days here are rainy and gloomy, like today, so I rarely ever feel like going anywhere.

Oh you are job hunting!! How is it going? You are looking for something with lab experience right? But why do you need lab experience if you are going for science writing? Also I keep forgetting to tell you, but with science writing, can you edit journal articles and stuff like that? Because there is a serious market for that sort of thing here in Asia land since they can't speak English very well. Just hoping to give you some more options.

Oh and have you been watching Supernatural season four?

hey, good to know your classes started out well. i have been so busy this past little while. so i'll fill you in on some things. i am going to ecuador in 4 days for one week, my spring break. I am really excited unfortunatley i am sick right now so i need to get better quick. i have had 3 exams this week, first time i actually feel like a college student. i have been studying like crazy! anyways, i am going to put my app in to USF soon, hopefully before ecuador.

and twilight was an awesome book, but i agree if 20 mintues into it it hasn't grabbed you yet you will probably not like it. well i just thought i'd drop in and tell you i am still alive.

love you much. me.

Aww! You feel like a college student! I'm so happy for you!
Good luck on your exams, but I think they are already over.

I hope you have lots of fun in Equator! Enjoy your spring break! That's what it's for, to have fun! Tonight we are going to a bar/lounge, and I'm super excited!

I'm glad you deicded to drop in and tell me you are alive. But I figured since I hadn't heard from you that means you are ok, just busy.

Not much else to say. Life here is pretty normal, which is good. Surprises mean problems, and problems mean things that I generally can't deal with alone.

love you much! your sister!
