Horrible. Please, please, if you live or were traveling anywhere in the area, sound off so we know you're all right.

Hm. Keith has mentioned recently on his Twitter feed that he does NOT have a Facebook page. From today:
"I repudiate these pages. They do nothing but inconvenience me RT @aria_ahrary @ccrosswhite ha at least there are FB Fan pages for KO!"

Thing is Senator Coburn from OK has already said he's going to use his state's need of disaster relief funds as a way to force spending cuts for social programs. Coburn also voted to block disaster relief funds for Sandy last year and against giving financial help 9/11 first responders in 2010. So not only is he against using tax dollars to help other people, he's willing to use his own people to push his agenda. So I have to respectfully disagree about how making comments about this human monster is wrong.

Denver just had a bit of rain today, though the clouds East of here sure looked impressive.

I have an acquaintance in Ok City that I'm still waiting to hear from. It will be obliquely since we aren't all that close, but I still care..

I've got friends in Arkansas who spent a couple of hours last night in the dark from power outages... and one who hid in the bathtub as the storm passed (thankfully) without dropping a tornado in her backyard, though there was a lot of hail.
