John Prine--"Your Flag Decal Won't Get You Into Heaven Anymore" and "Sam Stone" (which is not strictly anti-war, except that it is). Also Tom Paxton's "Get Up, Jimmy Newman." Dan votes for "Give Peace a Chance" and Country Joe McDonald's "Feel Like I'm Fixin' to Die Rag."

Excellent choices all around. "Sam Stone" always breaks my damn heart.

"The Band Played Waltzing Matilda" always makes me cry.

"Johnny We Hardly Knew Ye" is another favorite: "They're rollin' out their guns again, but they'll never take our sons again!"

Excellent choices.

Pete Seeger and Joe Hickerson, "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?"

Malvina Reynolds, "What Have They Done to the Rain?"

There are so many powerful anti-war songs, and I certainly don't have a good enough memory to pull up all the good ones I'm familiar with on a mental list. But a few that come to mind. First, since you lead off mentioning Pete Seeger, "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?" is an amazing song -- so simple, yet it conveys such a punch. I think Bogle's other big hit, "No Man's Land", is an even stronger anti-war message. "Penny Evans" (Steve Goodman, I think) is a heck of a punch in the gut. And for one that doesn't make me cry, but is definitely an indictment of the military-industrial complex, "Hey Ho" by Dave Carter.

All of the above plus Save the Country by Laura Nyro, Eve of Destruction by Barry McGuire, and a bunch more.
