AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!

Long time since we had a DVD Day here, so let's get to it.

Marvel's Avengers is released today on DVD and Blu-Ray, including the neato spiffy keen Target version with Blu-Ray 3D and the soundtrack, and an extra making-of disk. Who's getting what version, and who (gasp) hasn't seen it yet!? (Be sure to see Iron Man, the Edward Norton Incredible

I'll probably be getting the full blu-ray version since it's only $5 more with the soundtrack. I'm not sure when I'll get it though. I have a lot of stuff I need to watch first and maybe the price will drop a little bit by then.

I've seen them all, and Avengers blew me away. I only own the 1st Iron Man at the moment, and I'm holding off on buying the others because I figure they're gonna put out a fancy-schmancy boxset of Avengers and all the lead-up movies in time for Xmas. I'm holding out for that.

Though I do think I'll break down and buy the bare-bones Avengers DVD to tide me over...can't go that long w/o a Cap fix.

As for other discs, nothing new out (already got Big Bang S5), though I'm still trying to find a used copy of XMen: First Class for under 15 bucks...I want it, but not quite enough to pony up almost-new-price...

A copy of the Avengers is high on my list. And I see Hysteria came (see what I did there?) out last week & will be on my must buy list.

Target had that? Dang. I pre-ordered it to get those Avengers lithographs.
