I want a plan for NASA which doesn't turn into "manana" every time the White House changes hands.

It'd be nice if they stopped killing the previous administrations plans every time too! [we can thank Nixon for that.]

Come to think of it, getting NASA and space exploration in general out of the politicians hands would be a pretty solid foundation to whatever you want to do next.
