Which of course means Shatner also turned 81, as the two were born three days apart. I always find that fitting.

And possessor of a wonderfully silky voice. As a full bodied woman myself, I love that he was able to bring his artistic eye to women who are often overlooked or unappreciated. Viva, Mr. Nimoy!

If I find him as the reader on an Audio Book, I am much more likely to borrow or purchase it. I enjoy listening to his reading.

By way of belated celebration, I'm about to watch his "appearance" on The Big Bang Theory.

And a couple of weeks ago I saw Shatner's one-man show. He's adorable. And a dynamo.
