thought I would be posting more than icons, or at least catching up reading my f-list but no....

let's just agree that no one will say "Dreamweaver MX" to me for awhile....

Anyway, since I am aching to go to bed, here is another batch of icons (don't worry, we're nearly done) - CSI, Trek and Anime in this set.

I wish. I am just exposing the talent that gallops through my extended family.

It was made by Lee (leemoyer) who has been turning some of his original art into amazing icons. go peek at his icons!!

"Those whom the Gods would destroy, they first teach Flash"

...at least the interface is not impenetrable. (q.v. anything put out by Kai Krauss)

Ahh, my problems are not from working with the program, but trying to get it to work with me -- that is, it does things that make Jim clutch his head like a stunned monkey and repeat "It just doesn't DO that" over and over (for extra credit, compare and contrast to what Photoshop CS likes to do to me, as documented in Jim's notarysojac journal)

Jim will probably give a more tecnhical explaination, but I'm sticking with possession. For example, I do a perfectly straightforward check of broken links on a single page, correct them, and then find the MX has inserted the graphics I've been linking randomly on pages throughout the website. Pixel-giests, I tell ya....

Hugs to everyone at the bungalow. Not a 4th goes by that we don't invoke the mantra "Must....Get.....To....Bungalow...." in the style of Les Girls.

Loved the Next Gen music ones. They're just so right. Plus I actually went 'squee' over a Riker icon, which comes under things that don't happen.

I'm also intrguied by the one of Hodges with the blue hair.

The music ones were for the music challenge at neutral_zone - I think of all the Trek games, that one is my favorite and most of my favorite Trek icons were done for something over there.

Hodges with the blue hair is actually a shot of the actor (Wallace Langham). I was struck by how different that pic makes him seem from his stodgy Hodges character, so I blended him into a character pict from the set we were given, and went with the CSI anthem of Who Are You?
