the royal tenenbaums rocked my socks. i can't believe i hadn't seen it before, it's such a great movie. i felt bad when richie cut himself, but at the same time it was really beautiful. it reminded me of that feeling i'm sure everyone gets when life just seems to be too great for anyone to handle so we do the best we can to try and make it stop.
