I had this... Rather unfortunate bug from doing some trickery with fixing everyone's eyes when I switched out my geneticized/townified sets in SimPE. xD When I tried to put the eyes of a light-skinned sim onto a dark-skinned sim... That was the unfortunate result. *laughs*

Later on when I worked out what happened, I put the InSim hourglass on most of the downtown lots so that I could give everyone who got screwed up like that makeovers. xD
