You're welcome. I'm glad they didn't... tweak anything.

I haven't been given updates on Kuna-san, aside from Abarai's visit a few days ago. From what he's told me, she is... dejected, at best. If I thought it were possible for you to visit, I would certainly encourage it. It's even difficult for the captains to visit, though... hopefully that will change, soon.

...I'll try to keep from worrying too much over that statement. I'm not sure I'll be able to top the dye, but we'll see. His hair is still purple.

I found a place that gets transmission! Sometimes the posts are a little fuzzy, but I can see some things. I heard people were getting really sick, is there anything I can help with?

Here's the quick and dirty version: Soul Society's had people getting sick with something a lot like the flu since a couple of days after you left. Most of them got better like it was just a spring cold, but more'n one person got... pieces of a Hollow mask on their face. Don't tell anyone else, but Renji was one of 'em. He seems fine now, though. Rukia and I are both okay, it seems.

But Kensei and Mashiro both... they were overwhelmed by their Hollows. I'm not sure what you could do, but they're being held somewhere at the Fourth and apparently not much anyone's been in any contact with them. I'm this close to just start smashing down walls to get some answers.

I'm not sure if you could help with what's happening here, but... maybe we could somehow sneak you in to see them if you dropped by. You know Kotetsu-san pretty well, right? Mostly I just wanted to let ya know.

Uh, where are you now? I hadn't seen ya around, so I figured you were still on the move, but I'll try and talk to somebody higher up--i.e. Renji or Rukia--'bout getting you to drop by. Maybe you could figure out somethin' about how they got it, or even what it is.

...Renji has this madcap idea it's somethin' he brought home from Hueco Mundo. I still don't believe it, because it sounds like some of the Arrancar are getting sick, too, but...

*laughs* Okay, then I have a request! I need a smiling and a grinning Ichigo. I can pore through scans for specific panels unless you can think of some off the top of your head, but... if you should find yourself with some extraneous time, well, far be it from me to forbid you to take this suggestion. ;)

I'll look for some later. M'fraid I have an early train to catch tomorrow, though.
