wait wait wait. wasnt it you who once said that the people who died in the bombings during the war deserved it since they never resisted? and now, when someone else says approximately the same thing, you call them a fuck wit. stop and consider, jon. admittedly, some of the things he writes are a bit much (i refer now to the part of the splitting in half of germany), however, i would fully agree that one of the most terrible things about the nazi regime is that there wasnt that much resistance. i think you would agree too

heart attacks are bad; i like to go with the idea that there's a time and place to pick your fights, and for me livejournal just doesn't do it most of the time. i'd rather say what i felt (or you -vous/Sie- felt) to someone in person than over a computer

yeah, i would love to talk to people in person. thatd be great. but being in germany while the other person (and seemingly ALL people) isnt DOES make that relatively hrd, as im sure you know, or?

i wasn't refering your situation at all, in fact i was more directing that towards jon and his argument with the guy who made the online quiz, but in general i like to refrain from arguing with people who aren't 10 feet or less from me, usually because that makes the first time they are 10 feet or less from you fairly awkward, and in the case that they are never going to meet me in person then its not worth it to me to argue with them ever.
