I've been doing daily (almost) yoga since March 2020. I thought I was 'losing it' with the lockdown, so I started the practice and within a week, I felt much more mentally present and was able to do things I had thought I lost--like reading books, doing word puzzles. Yoga is an anchor for me, mentally, and it really gives me a strong core.
Yeah, I really need to get motivated and make yoga a daily practice. I got wet paint on the carpet the other day. It came out pretty easy but I think I had an asthma attack or something just from scrubbing carpet for maybe 20 or 30 seconds. And I've never in my life had asthma.

I hope you are feeling better now....I do have asthma and it's not a fun thing.
