So The Boyfriend and I have fancy pants party plans for New Years Eve. I was telling my mom about it, and the following conversation ensued:

you guys are going to have a ball , that is a great way to spend new years . me and daddy started out on a new years eve party at the caprice , with a zillion drunks around us .

Your mom sounds awesome like my mom.
Pretty lucky we are to have mothers who can talk about foolishness like getting pregnant... like my mom telling me she spent her entire honeymoon vomiting because she was pregnant with me, when she actually thought it was because of rotten food. Great story...
