I'm curious: why would you stay in the same house?

Well, aside from the fact that I loathe to move...My house is in a decent neighborhood (barring the infamous meth neighbor) and has a lot of great yard to it already. It's big enough yard to add some feet to the back of the house and to also construct a small outbuilding. (The neighbors have this large outbuilding, so I know it would fit.) This will still leave plenty of room for gardening.

I guess I just don't want to relocate my roses and cats (one of whom I can't catch anyhow) and dog and self. I'm happy here.
