CNN is seriously running a story on how to use Twitter? Really?
A) If you need the tv to tell you how to use Twitter, just don't. You don't need it. Well, no one needs it, but that's abviously beside the point.
B) How much did Twitter pay to get advertised on every single news program ad nauseam?
I can't watch tv without hearing about Twitter to a ridiculous degree. I watch news to hear news, not so you can tell me that you'll be posting on Twitter. It disgusts me, really. It's not that Twitter is this brand new powerful essential tool for delivering news, it's obviously that someone got an "in". It just happened overnight, everywhere. That's not an accident. It's like hearing Green Day on every damned thing all the time, now. Someone paid for that to happen. Like they paid last year for Metallica to be played on tv shows, podcasts, and the radio, on stations that don't even play that genre, every hour since then.
I wonder which website will con the tv into advertising for them next. I hope it's tamatown.com. I wanna see little Tamagotchi running around the bottom of the screen, delivering the news, hounding me to sign in and play with them...
