Overlord for me was extremely difficult to get through when I hit some pretty hard (and I mean hard) triggering material for me personally. Although it was well-written, I'm not going to touch it again for a long time.
Plus it's missions like that that make me wish the voice actors could come back for DLC. I would have loved to hear Mordin blow a mega gasket on Dr. Archer or Samara saying something chilling. =/

I know, it really breaks the immersion when you're doing a tense, dramatic mission like that and all you get from your party members is stony silence. But I guess getting back all 12 squadmate VAs to record a few lines of DLC dialogue would be impractical if not impossible.
I've just downloaded Katsumi's DLC, although I haven't played any of it yet. Rather than go through it with my main shep, I'm in the middle of getting a renegade shep through ME1, so I'm gonna try it out with her first (when I finally make it to ME2). I found the whole renegade thing really hard to start with. Took me about 7 false starts before I finally got ballsy enough to pick the nasty snarky lines (I don't think I ever want to see eden prime again!)... after that it got disturbingly easy to be mean though. I should probably be worried. *g*
I'm glad you reviewed Overlord here. I was umming and ahhing over whether to get it or not. Think I'm definitely going to now. It sounds pretty cool!
And Zaeed - yeah, I had him for my 1st ME2 play through, and he was probably my least used character. He was a bit like the trash compactor. Just there. I kept going down to the basement of the ship and poking them both to see if either of them actually did anything... but no. Not really. Meh.
Being renegade can definitely be tough! Especially since some of the renegade lines and actions just seem pointlessly mean. I'm fine with playing my renegade Sheps to be ruthlessly efficient, "complete the mission at all costs" types, but that doesn't mean I want them to be raging jerks in the process. :p
I totally hear you about never wanting to see Eden Prime again! I lost count of how many times I've played through it, just because I made so many custom Shepards. I love that face creator, LOL.

I recommend it! It's not perfect, but considering that you get another two and a half hours or so of play, with a solid story and cool new environments to explore, I definitely think it's worth the 7 bucks. Or...whatever your equivalent is. :p
I love that face creator, LOL. Haha - me too. I've lost entire evenings to it. I'll spend ages tweaking a face until I think it's perfect, only to load a character into the game, and find out from side on they look like a total picasso.
