You have nothing to be paranoid about because that was FANFREAKINTASTIC!
We only got to see snippets of Heidi on the show but I think you've got her to a T. She's outwardly polite steel but she has to be because she'd crumple otherwise.
Because when something around me is broken, I can’t just overlook it. I have to fix it.
Just beautiful and so him! Makes me wonder what he did to try and "fix" her. Again, damn Kring for not giving us these scenes!
I can't wait to read more, it's my persnal AU-ish canon! XD
(This is the first of three, so the 5YG fic you posted before is part of this or a stand alone?)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked Heidi's characterization; I was a little worried about her since there's not a whole lot to go on, canonically speaking. But filling in the blanks is part of the fun. ;)

Totally! He had to interact with her to at least some extent, is the way I see it!

This is meant to be the first chapter of a three-chapter fic. (I actually would post the entire thing in one go if I could, but once it's done I think it's going to be too long for LJ's character limits.) The whole thing is basically a sequel to my previous 5YG fic, but I think it can also be read by itself without too much difficulty.

That was SO GOOD!!! I don't know what you were so afraid of....I love how torn Heidi is, and how vulnerable Sylar is, and how you hint at them getting involved in this deliciously fucked relationship. And I love that Peter is there, anchoring it all. WOW.
Finally, she unclasped her hands and picked up the letter from her husband’s murderer. With slow, deliberate calm, she folded it neatly, sharpening the paper’s creases, and placed it on top of the dresser. Still moving robotically, she climbed into bed and lay staring directly at the ceiling, refusing to let her eyes drift towards the dresser. Several long hours passed before her muscles-drawn tight as bowstrings-involuntarily relaxed, her gaze lost its focus, and she drifted into a restless, troubled sleep.
That was hands down beautiful. You have a gift with language, m'dear.

So you liked that part? I'm so glad to hear that! That was the bit that I was most worried about in this whole chapter--you have no idea how long I debated with myself about whether to leave it in or take it out. :p
Thank you so muchly! *squees* :D I found out tonight that I now have an extra week to work on one of my term papers for school, so I'll just procrastinate on that some more maybe now I'll be able to work more quickly on the second chapter. ;)

I love Heidi, but it's very difficult to find a fic with her..

Wonderful and twisted. I love it. Where's part 4?
I still can't believe I missed this!

Thanks for the comment! :D There won't be a part four, but I intend to start a sequel at some point.
