Yep, us and our predecessors are called 'Power Rangers' but they're split into different teams, normally about five or six people on it. Before coming here, I regained my powers along with four others to lend a hand to the current team who had lost theirs.

When he sent that video on the network, I got worried. I didn't care about anything except getting him out of there and hopefully alive. Heiji? A ranger? [Laughs for a minute.] He looked at me like I was a crazy person when I told him everything about it. Despite that, he's got the makings for one. The Power's not picky on who it chooses as long as they can protect people.

But I'll admit this: that was the first time I've gone that far while trying to protect someone. I've never even gone that far back home. Ever heard the term 'seeing red'? It kinda felt like that. Nakama or not, I care about the kid. Maybe because I see a bit of myself in him...not sure. But no matter what, I've got his back.

Either way, that isn't the kind of person who is willing to pull his head out of the sand anytime soon. You could turn into a phoenix right in front of him and he'll still insist it's a trick of lighting. That's why Seifer wants to teach him magic, eh?

That's why he wanted to stop Seifer and Japan though, he doesn't think we'll be safe. Admirable I guess, but lunacy. Keep him out of trouble, eh? It's not like he can keep up flying and I hardly need another lost duckling to chase after.

I wouldn't go until it's safe. It'll take months before the area settles down and even then, people still get very sick. Trust me on this one. If that radiation is anything like at Chernobyl, then stay away from it unless you got serious protection.
