He had delayed long enough. Draco sighed as he finished signing the last of the letters. The list could just as easily been of people he couldn't seem to have a civil conversation with. Though, in the delay, he had remembered another person who might be able to help him, and one who might be more amenable to helping him.
Dear Severus Snape,
Yes, I am being formal. I have a formal request. On recommendation of my barrister I am owling you to request a statement from both you and Remus regarding my presence with the Order at the end of the war. I realize that things have been very tense between us lately, but I implore both you and Remus to aid me in getting the tracking device removed and myself off the Registry.

I am in need of testimony from yourself that I was indeed with the Order at the end of the war. I also will require a statement from you regarding the night I missed curfew and how I was there on an errand for Severus.
