Texas Forever by dirty diana (http://sesa.slashx-files.com/2007/09.html) was a nice low-key futurefic from I Saw Three Ships. and of course I had to go looking 'cause you reminded me how much I like that idea and I found Five Things Jason Street was the First to Say by hth (http://community.livejournal.com/be_perfect/10255.html) which was as awesome as all hth's stuff always is. And I also found brandil's The Pursuit of Happiness (http://brandil.livejournal.com/384524.html?style=mine) which I have not read since I haven't gotten to that ep in season 2.
