Yeah, exactly. Limiting liberty always begins with shutting up the extremists, the (real or imagined) "terrorists," but it always winds up hurting regular people with unpopular opinions.

Whenever I read MacKinnon on the 1st Amendment, I always wonder how long radical feminists who think free speech protections are a sham would expect to last without them.
