I am so glad such a horrible thing has been exposed.

And I wish more people would blog on this. This is horrific.

Neglect is "usual" -- which is a horrible state of affairs in itself. But the fact that the professionals who were supposed to be providing oversight didn't care about this child is infinitely worse.

Sometimes I feel like I'm saying "look at the horror!" But I think people should be aware that horror happens and we should act against it.
