Now that I've got all that stuff sorted with Arise (and plan on starting up that ACP101 course on Sunday, once I'm back from shenanigans with ladymerri -- since I have 5 days to complete it starting from the day I pay for it I figure I should pay for it when I know I'll have the time to complete it ( Read more... )

We should totally be NOT slackers and try to cram in at least some walking while you're here. Yes. Though I suppose the swap meet IS walking. But you know what I mean. I need to work on...um, everything? Upper, lower, middle. :P My upper body strength, though, it's shameful.

Good luck with Bobby? Is that even the right thing to say? I'm not sure. ;)

Ex personal trainer here who would live in the gym if I could. I even have some equipment here at home. I could give you some tips that would save you a lot of time, as most of what people do in the gym is a colossal waste and does little for body shape or strength.

I definitely need some expertise! Particularly, what can I do at home/in the neighborhood as right now I don't have gym access (read: all my money just paid for my daughter to be in her ballet performing group, so no cable or gym for us!)
