hmmm, time for a bit of quick catch-up.

about a week and a half ago (the 27th, i guess) i went to hamilton to see humpstar and steph in two gentlemen of verona, a mcmaster summer drama festival production. unfortunately it rained, so the performance couldn't be out in faculty hollow like it was supposed to be. i was looking forward to an outdoor show, but ( Read more... )

I've read Ghosts...and I really don't recall too many funny parts, so I can see how the laughing would be awkward...I'm curious as to what people thought was funny?

people laughed when oswald and regina were becoming "familiar" at the end of the first act, for example, which is really supposed to be a horrifying moment for the mother.

there were some places that it was somewhat called for, if not for the delivery but for the line itself, but there were alot of places that it was really inappropriate.

i don't know... is it going to be primarily superhero science debates? because if that's the case, you can probably count me out, as i can already give you a predictable response for every proposed argument... "comic books are science fiction, and therefore require a certain amount of suspension of disbelief."
