Mary Can You Com Outside is really about Jensen, Chris saved him from a mean ol' boyfriend who used to beat him up. Also he got him hooked on drugs.

Also? Chris constantly calls him things like "Buttercup" and "Jenny" and Sweetie-pie just because it pisses Jensen off beyond all possible reason. Also he calls Jared "Sweetheart" because Jared wears too much pink not to actually be a chick.

I really don't know too much about Chris but I'm gonna try and answer these anyway. One thing though, you have a sound clip of him just talking? Because his voice is important when doing the q about what Chris can call Jen and Jared.
Oh and I don't know those songs, so I'm probably going to leave that answer out.
